The Brennan family’s PASCAL’S MANALE in Uptown New Orleans, Restaurant de Familles in Marerro, and GW Fins in the French Quarter all share the extra mile they go to welcome hungry families.

3 – SERVING SUSTAINABLE – Meet the growing movement of New Orleans restaurateurs taking steps to provide top tier meals in an environmentally sustainable way. Rabbit’s Foot Café, Undergrowth Coffee and GROW DAT FARMS share their special recipes and strategies to provide carbon neutral deliciousness.

4 – WORLDLY WONDERS – Louisiana is often described as a cultural gumbo of global cuisine influences. Join us as we visit restaurants that focus on specific cultures that contribute to the state’s culinary dominance: Del Porto’s Italian on the North Shore, NOLA Caye’s Creole/Caribbean fusion in downtown New Orleans and St. Pat’s Coffeehouse in the French Quarter.

5 – SALIVATING SEAFOOD– The cornerstone of New Orleans’ dining dominance is the rich & diverse seafood in its own backyard: Lake Ponchatrain and the Gulf. Explore with us 3 restaurants that go all in on these underwater delicacies: Casamento’s, GW Fins and Yo Nashi.

8 – BOUNTIFUL BAKERIES – Join us as we take a closer look at pastry scene on the rise in New Orleans. 3 cherished bakeries share some of their most popular recipes: AYU Bakery, Breads on Oak and La Boulangerie.

9 – GERMAN GATHERINGS – Join us as we explore the evangelists of German Culture in New Orleans who found a way to make unique and delicious contributions to NOLA’s culinary playground. See how Bratz Y’all, Urban South Brewery and the Deutches Haus make the creole city their home.

10 – HUNGRY HISTORY – From signature spirits to top rated entrees and world-famous desserts, every drink and dish in New Orleans seems to have a storied history that is as rich and absorbing as the meal! Take a closer look at the history of the city Care Forgot through the lens of Pirates Alley, VESSEL restaurant, and the legendary Antoine’s.

11 – SEAFOOD STAPLES – We cast the net out once again into Louisiana’s bountiful seafood offerings. We start with the popular ACME Oyster House in New Orleans’ French Quarter, then travel to SPAHR’s Seafood out in rural Des Allemamds, and conclude at Mittendorf’s in Slidell, where all the menu comes fresh off the boat!

12 – HARTY HOTELS – In an elite cuisine city like New Orleans, a hotel restaurant had better bring their A-game. We visit 3 that do exactly that: the Grill Room in the Windsor Hotel, the Fountain Lounge & SAZARAC bar in the Roosevelt, and Café Normandie in the Higgins Hotel.
